As Head of Micro Trims Ltd, a key trims and accessories concern of Micro Fibre Group, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including production, administration, commercial activities, international procurement of raw materials and machinery, local purchasing, factory compliance, and customs bond management. Micro Fibre Group exports $400 million annually and employs 42,000 workers. Our prestigious client base includes global brands such as H&M, C&A, LIDL, Pepco, B&C, Jennyfer, Celio, Teddy Smith, NKD, and ALDI. Micro Trims contributing a workforce of 1,100 and annual sales of BDT 170 crore in Micro Fibre Group. Since assuming leadership, I have driven significant growth, increasing Micro Trims’ annual sales from BDT 48 crore to BDT 170 crore. I continue to focus on expanding the business and ensuring operational excellence.

In my role as Head of Supply Chain Management for Micro Fibre Group, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of all trims and accessories required for garment production. This involves sourcing from both local and international markets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery for our global clients.
