Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to develop strategies and initiatives that improve the business performance.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:- Analyzed daily sales data to provide insights and trends for senior management.- Developed and maintained KPI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.- Identified patterns and trends to drive strategic decision-making.- Optimized inventory management by monitoring consumption and purchase patterns.- Collaborated with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver data-driven support.- Ensured accurate reporting and collaboration through partner platforms (e.g., Foodpanda, Pathao).- Automated reporting processes and implemented corrective actions to maintain data integrity.- Conducted monthly operational and inventory audits, reporting findings and improvements.- Continuously updated data analysis methods to improve accuracy and efficiency.
