I have been working in Direct Sales, Marketing fHave proven record of achieving targeted goal in retail sales.Worked at different positions in the field of Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Communication & Public relation, Brand management, Customer relationship management depertment, Trained young executives on sales & Customer relationship management. When worked as incharge of Marketing & Sales, I have to find out new customer, contact with them regularly & persue them. I have to mantain existing customers, provide them service so that i can get refference, Dealt with high value customer in proper way. Also emphasised on existing customer to get refference for new business. Sometimes i talked with existing customer to know their level of satisfection, to get idea & advise on how to develop more as per the requirement of everchanging customer's demand. Also analysed competitors steps they are taking to get more market share. After doing all these i usually fine tune my existing plans & design future plan. Most of the time i worked with agencies to apply my god gifted creative skills for my company. I have tried to include Innovative touch at every process. I even worked with agencies to develop an efficient working process which will be effectivev & help company to reduce its costs. I also co-ordinate in between inhouse social media Marketing team & agenciy to align companys brand strategy properly. Also write contents for web, product description, copy writing by myself. I wanted that all my customer should fell a touch of innovative approch in our works, products projects, either B2B or B2C Segment . That was also a part of my comany's Brand.
