I lead the team that puts great people in the right jobs. It’s my job to make sure Avanade recruits the best talent, and then make it as easy as possible for them to get on-board quickly. Own and lead strategy, execution and communication of customized business solutions that ensure the best in class training and learning across all disciplines (business, professional, technical, industry and management) and deliver through branded AvanadeU channels. Own and lead the design and implementation of a fully integrated talent management framework including competency models by skill area and workforce to ensure that the organization identifies, retains, grows, develops and rewards its talent. Responsible for performance management processes and tools and support of other human capital activities.
