(2022-current). ● Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator: Serves as Kettering Middle School PBIS coordinator. PBIS is a framework or approach for assisting school personnel in adopting and organizing evidence-based behavioral interventions into an integrated continuum that enhances academic and social behavior outcomes for all students. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leads a team of 15 + staff members, plans and coordinates PBIS monthly rewards events for students, leads school wide PBIS trainings for students and staff members, ensures the team is using data for decision making, coordinates weekly PBIS staff meetings, coordinates the tracking of students positive behavior through a points system, and coordinated field day. (2016-2019)● SGA Advisor: Serves as the Student Government Association Advisor for Kettering Middle School. Responsibilities included but not limited to: led a group of 40 SGA students, sponsored and put together a talent show, sponsored community service projects for the students, and facilitated weekly SGA meetings for the students. I wrote two fiction novels that tell the tale of a young lady and her friends experiences in their Freshmen and Sophomore year in college. The trials and tribulations that they faced and how they overcame them.
