Over the last 6 years I have been closely involved in developing the business and leading on major client engagements.I have over 20 years’ experience as a business change and transformation expert specialising in business-led system enabled change. I have led enterprise scale change initiatives at Board level across a wide range of public and private sector organisations and industries. I am a strong project and client manager with experience in several different ERP systems. I have a particular strength in facilitating the dialogue between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working with clients as varied as the House of Commons, the iconic Burj al Arab Hotel in Dubai and the NHS, I have established and developed teams to successfully deliver large complex programmes and set up service management and shared service functions.For seven years prior to this I managed IT operations and systems development teams in the UK and overseas. I attained Chartered Manager status and fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute. My breath of experience, strong academic background and personal passion and determination as a committed change advocate help him quickly acclimatise to complex and culturally diverse client contexts. My excellent analytical skills enable him to find creative solutions to complex problems.
