Here, I am developing my business acumen by investing 150+ hours in skills like strategic planning, communication, and leadership, and co-leading a Mega Project to launch a hair oil business.With over 2 years of experience as the Human Resource Director at Humanity Alliance Organization, I have successfully recruited and managed over 500 individuals, facilitated internship programs, and organized mental health conferences across 8+ universities, showcasing my commitment to mental health advocacy. My role as a Campus Ambassador for Youth Council Pakistan allowed me to lead a team of 50+ members, organize campus activities, and conduct webinars, enhancing student engagement. My clinical internships at Impact for Kids (ACC) and Royal Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre provided hands-on experience in behavioral therapy and neuro-rehabilitation practices. At Impact for Kids, I worked with 8+ clients helping them achieve almost 80% of the goals in their IPs.
