Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Develop and implement strategy and perform all major HR functions of recruitment, training and development, performance management, talent management, employee relation, HRIS, State and Federal employment law, regulatory compliance, project management and payroll, benefits & compensation, succession planning, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion, etc. • Enhance and apply in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, lowering legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Provide as focal for several HR initiatives including employee engagement, onboarding, salary planning, workplace safety, etc. • Develops Human Resources policies and procedures for group companies that are aligned with the Audit, IT companies, and local labor law. • Lead and develop a strong customer service culture in the HR department by encouraging opportunities for interaction and relationship building with internal talents and the Leadership team.• Performed training and development management including planning, budgeting, and overall evaluation till the end. Conducting the T&D sessions on several topics which mainly include soft skills i.e., email etiquette, work-life balance, work ethics, emotional intelligence, etc.• Proactively work on diversity, attrition analysis, and retention strategies, as well as change management and communications.• Handled performance management, payroll, and other HR functions via HR Software i.e., ZOHO People & Skyward software. • Preparing reports of HR Metrics Reports and year-end HR budgets. Measured employee retention and turnover rates.
