Over the past decade, I’ve led research in academia, government, and industry to uncover user needs and inform product/service directions. I've worked with both startups and big companies such as Google, Verizon, Kiddom, and Digital Promise. My research has informed the development of products and services that have positively impacted experiences of adults and kids in 1500+ underserved communities across the U.S. As a mixed methods researcher, I am excited to continue my research in multidisciplinary product spaces. My expertise in leading independent research during different phases of the product development lifecycle, translating qualitative and quantitative data into digestible stories with actionable insights, leading fast-paced projects, and managing diverse research teams allows me to excel in my job.
