As an experienced project lead with over 13 years of experience in the water/wastewater sector, Mahsa brings a unique blend of academic excellence, diverse industry experience, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia, Mahsa has first-hand experience of how engineering tradition and local cultures influence the growth of new trends and innovations.Currently serving as the project lead at OxyMem, a DuPont brand, Mahsa oversees international projects aimed at environmental and sustainable goals. OxyMem stands as the first company to successfully commercialize bubble-less aeration, the most efficient form of oxygen transfer into wastewater processes. This innovation significantly contributes to simultaneous nitrification-denitrification processes, enhancing the removal efficiency of ammonia (NH4) and COD from wastewater treatment plants.Mahsa's expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from design and construction to commissioning and maintenance. Her earlier career involved conducting water quality projects for PUB, Singapore's governmental water agency, and contributing to installations of UF, RO facilities, and pre-treatment facilities across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Transitioning to Europe, Mahsa played a pivotal role in assessing and upgrading over 110 water treatment plants at coffey costruction, collaborating with clients, county councils, and Irish Water as a Senior Process Engineer.She holds a doctorate degree in environmental engineering and postgraduate diploma in Management of Technology from NUS, leveraging her research skills, laboratory techniques, and IT proficiency to drive innovation in environmentally friendly solutions.
