 Perform all MEP site activities and coordinate with construction, structure, engineering and architecture departments during installation of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure quality, compliance and execution of works according to the Consultant and Work Owner expectations in most economical manner. Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems like HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting and complete Electrical & Low Current systems as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specification, standards and schedule. Analyzing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule. Develop project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution. Ensure timelines in schedule and maintaining a punch list of to-do and accomplished work. Prepare technical proposals, material submittals and obtaining client/consultant approval. During installation resolve the conflicts between different systems and make as built drawing with the approval of the consultant before the installation to avoid any discrepancies. Project Reporting, Site Co-ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and Team Supervision. Shop drawing and As-built preparation in AutoCAD, its submittal and obtaining client/consultant approval. Attending weekly and monthly meeting along with consultant and main - subcontractors. Detailed Quantity Calculations for BOQ/Tender, BOM, Invoicing, estimation, budgeting, costing, and measurements of work Day-to-day monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standard codes.

We work here for 2 weeks in General Service Division(GSD), 3 weeks in heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) and 1 week in Material Division(MD). In GSD, we have worked on lathe machine,milling machine,shaper machine, welding and CNC. In HVAC,we get experience about boiler for heating, vapors absorption system ,chiller,compressors and Handling units. In MD, we study material structure of different materials,hardness test and heat treatment.
