With over five years of work experience in process engineering, I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills that enable me to optimize processes and systems for various projects. As a Process Improvement Engineer at RAL Offshore, I contributed to the design, implementation, and evaluation of process improvement initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency, quality, and safety. I also supported the project management team with test cases, normalized data flows to control and maintain equipment performance to decrease maintenance costs and reduce auditory processes cycle time, using workflow optimization, frequent KPI updates, and by improving QC points and SOPs within DMAIC methodology. I also assisted in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tasks, and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance. Prior to that, I worked as a Process Engineer at CAPE Consultant Engineers Group, where I performed process simulations, calculations, and drawings for various engineering projects, and prepared technical reports and proposals for clients. After graduation from Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering at Concordia University, I learned how to apply systems thinking and engineering principles to complex and dynamic systems, mostly within the information and technology domain. Holding a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, The Ultimate SQL bootcamp have also complemented both my academic and professional experience. I am passionate about improving processes and systems that enhance performance, sustainability, and innovation, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the field of continuous improvement.
