Stephanie Mah has completed a Professional Development Program (PDP) in Education, specific to Self Regulated Learning at the Middle Years level, at the University of British Columbia; a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology; and a Marketing Management Diploma for Tourism at the BCIT. With this advanced diploma she was able to achieve the job in event management that she aspired for and moved toward classroom management as she is now a teacher in SD42.Before BCIT, Stephanie completed three semesters at the University of Victoria specializing in psychology and sociology. This interest in psychology and sociology was always a passion of Stephanie's and gives her a diverse, empathetic, and innovative outlook on the world around her. It also allows her to make true connections with her peers.Her recreational pursuits over the years have contributed to her leadership, team spirit, and time management skills. Over 17 years in athletics has taught her a hard work ethic. Her participation in team sports, such as representative ice hockey and box lacrosse also helped form her passion for team endeavors and commitment.
