1.Receive suspected COVID-19 clients in DIC and outreach.2.Screen all the clients and staff who enter to DIC.3.Registration of all screened clients.4.Referral of suspected clients to COVID-19 medical Doctor or Hospital.5.Health education for prevention of COVID-19 and distribution of face masks for suspect COVID cases.6.To guide the clients for hand washing places before entering the OPD.7.Establish good working relation and an effective cooperation and coordination mechanism with local communities , authorizes and influential Individuals .8.Regular follow-up and timely communication with PLHIV, OST,clients and KPs.9.Call people white COVID-19 who are in self-isolation with mild symptoms and monitor for the symptoms .10.Provision of awareness seasons and preventive information for protection against COVID-19.

1.Preparation of Purchase Requests, financial tracking, recording, and making payments Notify all staff for their approved payments2.Communicate on financially related issues with WOPRA leadership team.3.Ensure correctness and validity of payments according finance policies and procedures.4.Record and book keeping accurately all the projects’ expenditures, invoices and filling/completing all the required documents.5.Record all accounting and financial transactions of projects including projects bank account and transactions 6.Maintain an appropriate control over the cashbook, received amounts and expenses records and regularly check of the physical cash balance against the book balance7.Oversee the budget implementation, and monitor the expenditure against the budget to control the over/under expenditures of the projects8.Keep safely the physical money in the office9.Make payrolls and distribution of salaries to project staff on monthly basisEnsure smooth cash flow of the projects and cost control
