Project Description: 1.) St Regis Hotel (5-star hotel: 269 luxury rooms and 170 branded residences, Managing and overseeing the delivery of electrical works (MV, LV, and ELV) for the St. Regis hotel project. • Managing and executing electrical projects from start to finish.  Collaborating with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement effective solutions. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required standards.  Good coordination with superiors, Main contractors Vendors Sub-Contractors.  Review all electrical drawings with leadsmen performing assigned jobs to them.  Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.  Completed the installation of Electrical works of Plant and Building Projects.  To carry out all the work with proper planning and management.  Carry Out All the Electrical Works as Per the Approved Drawings and BS Standards.  Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignments.  Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.  Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.  Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files, and prepare reports.  Advice coordinator and assistant director of technical problems concerned with installation, modification, and repair of electrical assignments.  Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and Responded to emergencies and deployed appropriate resources.  Manage and oversee electrical installations on construction sites.  Review and interpret electrical drawings and plans.  Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.  Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.  Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.

Project : Abu Dhabi International Airport1.Installation of Containment, Cable Pulling, Testing & Commissioning of for Fire Alarm System (FAS), Fire Suppression, Lighting System, Small Power, Lighting Control & ELV System Installation & Section Details.2. Develops, establishes, recommends, and enforces safety practices applicable with mechanical / electrical and plumbing systems as per UAE law.3. Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance of Electrical Panels (MV, LV, Tunnel Exhaust Fan, Tunnel Ventilation Fan), Transformers, Diesel Generator Set, ATS, VFDs UPS & SCADA UPS Integration with all other special system in coordination with mechanical equipment’s.4. QA/QC Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of the Equipment of Electrical & ELV Systems.5. Involved in documentation works like submission of drawings, maintenance of database for revision history and filing hard copy of drawings as per ISO norms.6. Familiar with the appropriate local, European, and American codes & standards QCS, EN, NFPA, IEC, ANSI, etc. and their application in the underground Metro environment.7. Maintain relative documentation / Technical submittals approvals to facilitate speedy reference during and after internal inspection.8. Installation of Electrical Earthling / bonding protection and lighting protection systems9. Attend project, site progress and any electrical services related technical meetings as directed by the project manager. 10. Provide advice to the Project Manager in regard to any electrical services related variation costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the course of works.11. Worked with local (ADDC) national codes (NEMA) and customer specifications to ensure project installation of distribution box, isolators, meters, sockets, cabling, and cable routing.12.
