Most recently, I served as a Senior Legal Manager at AFG in Singapore, supporting media partnerships, sales, marketing, and operations divisions with drafting and negotiating commercial and media rights agreements. Before that, I held a similar role at Football Marketing Asia (FMA) in Hong Kong and Singapore, which was AFC's exclusive agency. At FMA, I was responsible for drafting and negotiating complex cross-border agreements and monitoring sanctions risks. My career journey also includes a tenure at Sam Law Firm in Vienna, Austria, where I led a team of legal officers, managed contract administration, and maintained client relationships in Austria, Greece and Iran.My professional journey began in Tehran, Iran, where I founded Moghimi Law Office and handled commercial disputes, representing clients in civil and criminal litigation and arbitration.
