I have been in various leadership positions in the last 15 years. I have an experience of working across different domains such as Real Estate, Education, Telecom, Advertising, Banking across different countries. For the last 10 years I have specialised in Leading the Human Resource Function for K-12, Higher Education and Not for Profit organisations. I have expertise in managing HR in academic institutions and have thorough understanding of the ensuing nuances and challenges.Taking data driven decisions to support the business, I also ensure that my team possesses technical and emotional skills to create engaged employees. To understand the strategic vision of the organisation and provide the HR support to translate this vision through strategic foresight, operational excellence, communication and planning has been my forte in all the roles that I have performed.I believe that companies that are more inclusive in their values and practices and welcome a diverse workforce have a more engaged empowered and productive workforce and Diversity and Inclusion (D &I) is a particular area of interest to me. I help my business leaders champion and achieve high employee engagement for their teams.I have expertise in handling cases of Sexual Harassment in India and have been part of Internal Complaint Committees (ICC) in organisations and led several investigations as per the POSH Act. I am looking forward to training and advising non profit organisations on the requirements for POSH and ICC on a pro bono basis.
