I developed websites as minor contract work with local performers and artists. This involves editing and customising the layout and interactive display of the site to suit the needs of the artist, ensuring that customers are able to contact them using online forms, and that the website is mobile friendly and content secure. This involves programming in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.

I joined Dojo Arcade temporarily as an external developer, where I worked remotely from Newcastle in order to help complete their new app game, Creature Battle Lab. This involved working primarily with Unity 5 to develop on Android OS, but ensuring that the code was applicable to iOS devices as well. The project was managed through Git and coded in C#. I was an active developer and tester on a number of features within the game, which included, but is not limited to, social media sharing and active gameplay image capture, the customisation tutorial, the sound implementation and timing, tracking analytics and responsive advertisements.

In this, I worked in a small team as a games programmer and virtual reality developer. Working with C# in Unity 5, I have helped develop image handling systems to convert PNG images into 3D environments that can be run using the Oculus Rift and the Samsung Gear VR. I was also solely responsible for developing a 60-page game design document that assisted in finalising a game proposal for a large client. Following this, I developed a client/server system in Python using cherrypy. This system not only included communication between the server and multiple clients, but also a controlled input-based interface.
