Analyze existing customer accounts and applications revenue trends to identify and drive both cross-sell and up-sell opportunities into all Oracle Application customers. Serve as liaison between Oracle’s development executives and global sales executives to align key application releases with global sales go-to-market initiatives. Focus on Customer Experience solutions and social integration with CRM applications. Define and present fiscal year investment strategy plans across all of Oracle’s applications including legacy apps, all acquired companies and Oracle Business Intelligence. Facilitate quarterly reviews with key stakeholders for each product line from development and sales to ensure investment plans are on target or adjust accordingly.Lead a team of 60 highly skilled, experienced directors, managers and senior level application consultants for all of Oracle’s software applications including legacy and all acquired companies. Supervise team supporting 15,000 global demos with direct revenue impact. Manage cross-functional teams across lines of business and industries to deliver complex, large-scale projects within aggressive deadline requirements. Manage IT budget and infrastructure. Oversee projects throughout M&A activity, increasing software footprint and responsibility and complexity of demonstration deliverables. Responsible for majority of Oracle Applications software product portfolio.Responsible for products such as RightNow, Endeca, ATG Web Commerce, Involver, Collective Intellect, Vitrue, BI, CRM, SCM, PLM, FSCM, HCM, GRC, etc for all application product lines. Manage multiple virtual teams, successfully keeping up with ever changing needs due to organic growth and acquisition. Develop strong relationships with sales executives to respond to changing marketplaces, selling strategies, and models, improving sales success and driving revenue. Work closely with other lines of business to reduce duplication of efforts and increase efficiencies.

Responsible for supporting the global HCM presales consultants covering Oracle's Fusion, EBS HRMS, Peoplesoft's Enterprise HCM and JDE's EnterpriseOne applications by:Providing the most current, stable, configured and documented demonstration system with the latest Oracle HCM suite of applications . Responsible for evaluating all third party vendor solutions that integration with any of the HCM applications and manage the integration of those systems. Responsible for training presales consultants on new product releases and the latest demonstration environments.
