After studying software engineering at university, I started my career as a software developer and have kept doing it for more than 10 years. Then, I got acquainted with Agile mindset, Scrum and other related concepts and I became interested in them. So I read most of the essential books available on this issue. Besides, I have created content on agile topics for several years, especially video animations (You are welcome to watch them on my personal website : mahyarevafa dot com). Finally, with a backpack full of hard and soft skills, I started leading software development teams. It was then that I truly understood how important people are and started learning how to deal with them (It’s still a work in progress and I believe it will never be finished). Although these days I don't do development so much, I still keep updating myself on new technologies and frameworks.This is my story so far. I am here now working as a team lead. What I am doing is to help team members work happier and smoother (Technically and Mentally), so that they can create a solution that makes customers happy too.
