I contributed to the analysis and evaluation of human rights initiatives in the Ministry of Correctional Services. I was lead or co-lead on a number of major initiatives under the HRP, such as the development of the Client Survey of Human Rights Experiences in Custody, CO Recruitment Survey, Correctional Services Indigenous Lens, and Action Plan for a Representative Workplace. I also helped to coordinate the work of the Indigenous Advisory Subcommittee to successfully complete key initiatives to embed Indigenous perspectives in the HRP work as well as deliver Indigenous-focused initiatives.
