Build and maintain relationships with global organizations and professional associations through correspondances, events, and new initiatives. Work with NASA TV to develop web casts and podcasts with master practitioners in Project Management and System Engineering to share their experiences, professional development, and lessons learned.

Implemented, customized, and deployed the PMI Customer Relationship Management database, Salesforce.com. Created a User’s Manual and a Pocket Guide for users on Salesforce.com. Developed processes related to the Salesforce.com website ensuring data quality in the database. Planned, executed, and attended international/domestic business roundtables and government forums sponsored by PMI throughout the year for advocacy and outreach efforts. Created invitations and agendas, identified speakers, coordinated travel arrangements, organized equipment and materials, took meeting minutes, and briefed CEO and staff on event details and speakers. Maintained and nurtured relationships with global organizations by answering inquiries, managing internal and external meetings, providing daily correspondence, and facilitating networking events. Produced executive presentations for meetings with global organizations and coordinated events with companies including Forbes and The Economist. Developed a process for a new initiative called the Advocate Program which involved the planning, implementation, and execution of various Outreach events. Participated on the Japan and Korea Business Plan Project Team to develop a business strategy for increasing PMI presence within that business region.
