This is my job:- Helming the Social Media Creative team- Spearheading concepts and executions for all of Warner Media kids + family content on social- Collaborating & developing creative for our partners HBOMax and Warner BrosWhy I love it...I get to:- Develop and execute best-in-class creative stories and campaigns for kids + family social media marketing.- Lead the conceptualization and creative execution of 360 campaigns from start to finish, including marketing assets that are optimized across all social platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, Pinterest, Reddit) VOD, for both domestic and global partners. - Help develop strategic social media marketing goals and rollouts for original series, pro-social campaigns, and special events. - Curate and produce our bespoke creative – long-form and short-form videos, photography, custom illustration and animation, print and digital assets, AR filters, music remixes, product design, etc.- Creative Direct/Produce/Shoot: video shoots, talent interviews, behind-the-scenes coverage, photography, special event coverage. - Maximize revenues for our Consumer Products by presenting them through thoughtful creatives; includes home entertainment, games, toys, and special premiums.- Livestream events – Oversee creatives, coordinate with talent, develop and manage run-of-show- Identify, vet, and hire a diverse set of emerging and established freelance artists, content creators, influencers.- Manage, produce, art direct and budget collaborations/partnerships.- Write and edit: promotional content and copy for social media, marketing ideas and plans.- Create and maintain: design/brand guidelines, best practices for social marketing and creatives, and guidelines and outlines for team processes and operations.- Monitor all platforms to identity trends, social listening, and recommend specific actions and creative as a response.
