Main responsibility is to manage projects for a Multi-Billion Dollar Client, Chipotle, to help design and construct fast casual restaurants in the New England area.

Managed and organized a team of 15 young Vietnamese professionals to create a weekly 30 minute talk show that airs nationally on a Vietnamese channel titled SBTN. Each week, personal and collaborated responsibilities include managing issues to air, filming and editing. These tasks were some of the dynamic challenges of the job. The editing strategies consisted of transforming raw footage from the weeks various interviews and composed skits into a finalized talk show using the software Abode Premiere, After Effects, other Creative Suite programs and Final Cut Pro. Closing tasks are to meet the weekly deadlines by uploading the completed rendered show onto the server and confirming that the show airs.

Lead projects including transforming a 500 s.f. historic courtroom in Boston into a private office, conference room, and 5 work stations, while meeting the project's demands to be versatile and detachable. This project required enough stability for the structure without damaging or impacting the existing conditions. Use Revit to provide presentation renderings to the client as well as drafted plans, sections and detailed drawings for the contractor. Collaborate with the contractor during the construction process to finalize the design.

Assisted in the design of multiple project types from public facilities and a private residence to the preservation of historiclandmark buildings. The public facilities projects included an 18,000 s.f. fire station in Gloucester and a 17,000 s.f. public library in Leicester. The historic preservation projects included restoring windows at the Marion Music Hall as well as renovating the exterior facades of the Stoneham Fire Station. The residential project was a 3,000 s.f. summer cottage on Fishers Island that formally exaggerated the 360 degree views of the bay. Responsibilities for these projects included creating BIM models in Revit as early as the schematic stage with a more gestural model up to coordinating construction documents sets. Work responsibilities also extended to picking up red marks, writing specifications and field measurements for as-built drawings.

Requested by Professor Barbara McCauley to assist with the Summer Architecture Program for incoming freshmen. Taught drawing and model making techniques as well as presented sample works to multiple studio classes.
