Performance Marketing Supervisor
Current- Co-create comprehensive outreach strategies across multiple online platforms together. Oversee the execution of these strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop and execute high performance campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email campaigns and native ads in Egypt, GCC and Europe to maximize ROI while maintaining a good LTC/CAC ratio.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, suggesting ways to improve creative psychology, audience targeting, bid strategies, cross-channel performance impact.
- Maintain a continuously active loop from insights discovery to strategies and tactics refinement, with a focus on the Activation phase as much as the Acquisition one
- Demonstrate and apply in-depth knowledge of various online platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of new features and best practices in platform-specific outreach
