Project Management:Successfully leading an SKU optimization plan of a 20 markets portfolio: reduction of 43% of the SKU number, releasing an additional production capacity of 600 tonnes/year (2%). - Identifying the optimization areas (manufacturing processes, supply chain optimization, regulatory content on packaging) and definition of the go-forward solution - Defining project plan, risk analysis and assessment of the economical impact on the business (cost-benefit analysis) - Conducting the technological watch as regards the packaging innovations allowing an improvement of the manufacturing processes - Coordinating the technical unit tests and solution industrial deployment - Reporting directly to the Medical Nutrition Global Executive Team.Day-to-day activity: - Managing of the complete packaging development for launch campaigns and products renewals of a 3 regions portfolio (Europe, North America, Asia) - Coordinating of cross-functional projects between HQ teams (marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, quality), markets, and external parties (design agencies, printers and factories) to monitor and control the budget, quality and deadlines - Defining and monitoring the continuous improvement for the existing packaging development processes
