- Find opportunities to increase sales volume for iSMART Program.- Build and maintain relationships with principals and schools.- Support current partners and follow up prospective clients.- Participate in planning and implementation efforts to assure successful program growth.

- Establish and maintain relationship with key stakeholders such as DOETs, school principals, heads of English departments and support the setting up of an exam registration system in school and HE sector in all key provinces.- Timely support DOETs and authorised centres system in Vietnam and South East Asia.- Generate recognition from universities for Cambridge English exams.- Liaise with key stakeholders to make sure information about the upcoming exam sessions, exam registration, teacher training programmes is provided to all schools on a regular basis.- Provide assistance to the Development Manager in organising and implementing marketing activities.- Recruit, organise training and monitor teams of freelance trainers for the whole of Vietnam.- Liaise with the supplier institution network to arrange presentations and workshops for candidates, teachers and other customers.- Liaise with key stakeholders such as the provincial DOETs on matters of professional and marketing support.- Update and manage the office database of institutions to ensure that all existing and potential exam centres and preparation centres are given adequate and professional support.

- Be responsible for program development, academic affairs management and quality assurance management (ISO 9001:2008) of Undergraduate and Graduate Education in cooperation with 19 partner universities from the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.-Give supports to student services and student recruitment.
