By engaging with various stakeholders in the agricultural value chain, the project seeks to understand their financing needs and design customized support and loan programs. This initiative promotes inclusive growth by enabling smallholder farmers and MSMEs to invest in climate-resilient technologies, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of their products, thereby contributing to their economic empowerment and resilience. My role: Project Manager- Conduct desk research to gather market data for 10 potential agricultural sectors.- Perform stakeholder mapping to identify key players in the value chains.- Organize meetings with off-takers to identify CSA challenges and financing needs.- Arrange meetings with AgTech companies to explore CSA solutions and discuss product design.- Analyze collected data to estimate potential investment opportunities.- Coordinate with financial institutions, off-takers, and their suppliers to develop loan products.Achievements to date:- Completed a market study identifying potential commodities for further engagement.- Arranged 30 meetings with off-takers and ag-tech companies across various commodities and business scales.
