Delivered the Design and implementation of community-based and sustainable tours for the Malta Tourism Society, with focus on the area of the Three Villages of Attard, Lija and Balzan.Key activities of my internship:- design and implementation of the tours, and their impact on the local community- managed and prioritized relations with stakeholders, including local tour operators and travel agencies;- managed the whole sales and distribution process, including the setup of fees and commissions.

Lead the creation and implementation of Tours, Packages and general contents of the main DMC of the "Italian Capital of Culture 2022", owned by a private company which fully redesigned the platform after.Key activities:- Managed the relationship with technical partners, like software houses, web designers and copywriters- Searched and onboarded local partners, assisting them during the creation of packages;- Managed the sales process and customer care during the whole period.
