- Develop collaborative initiatives that advance community food systems in the Pacific Northwest with an emphasis on building intergenerational wealth and closing racial wealth gaps.- Oversee program operations & finances including staff and team management.- Direct Ecotrust's Ag of the Middle Accelerator Program.- Co-lead fundraising efforts to ensure program sustainability including: researching prospective funders, developing fundraising strategies and grant proposals, budgeting and financial forecasting.- Cultivate relationships with external partners including businesses, community organizations, and policy makers.

- Managed all aspects of Ecotrust’s Agriculture of the Middle Accelerator program.- Supervised program staff by providing direction, development coaching, input, and feedback.- Raised $775,000 from government and foundations to support Ecotrust’s programs.- Provided technical assistance to ~60 producers actively growing their businesses.- Engaged actively in broader Ecotrust efforts to advance racial equity and mitigate climate change.- Represented Ecotrust in regional and national agricultural networks; occasional public speaking.

- Built relationships and coalitions with community leaders to advance economic development in Oregon- Developed loan programs that are responsive to needs of underserved populations (women, BIPOC).- Provided assistance to help potential borrowers successfully qualify for CLW financing; help applicants locate other funding sources, if applicable.- Underwrote consumer and small business loans by evaluating finances, credit, character and mission fit.- Assisted in creation of qualitative reports for investors, marketing, and communication materials.

- Developed and maintained professional relationships with local & rural chambers, municipalities and community & professional organizations.- Identified new opportunities new for CLW services within urban & rural communities. - Provided business development services, for individuals needing help with basic business planning & training. - Educated resource providers and borrowers on accessing debt financing.- Managed all marketing efforts including: developing new website, social media channels, and print advertising.

Creswell, Oregon

- Managed and led Community & Economic Development programming including marketing, recruitment, business retention and expansion efforts.- Obtained and managed a total of $500,000 in grant funding from EPA, Business Oregon, and Oregon Health Authority for 44 acre brownfield redevelopment project.- Managed projects involving complex budgets, consultants, and timelines.- Launched Creswell’s Community Foundation, Creswell First!

-Managed and led innovative Public Engagement Strategy for Sauvie Island Rural Area Plan. - Coordinated Community Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Committee to develop policies that preserve the agricultural nature of Sauvie Island. - Wrote policy to address equity and inclusion (including farm-workers, and BIPOC/low income communities)-Worked closely with state and federal agencies (DLCD, ODA, DSL, ODFW) to address impacts of agri-tourism on natural systems. - Partnered with place-based elementary school to educate and engage local youth in planning projects.
