Monitored policy and regulatory developments on technology and telecommunications for clients in the public and private sectors in Latin America and globally.Monitored policy and regulatory developments and updates on Artificial Intelligence and drafted reports, memoranda, and submissions for public consultations.Researched into and drafted reports and recommendations on key topics in the ICT space, including current and future trends, topics of relevance for clients, and preparatory materials for global events.

Conducted research, monitored legislative work and provided input to Congress members on discriminatory acts, access to public information, and intermediary liability among other regulatory topics; Coordinated meetings with civil society organizations and the private sector on Internet regulatory issues. Co-created and led a Legislative Observatory on Freedom of Expression with consultants in Mexico, Peru and Ecuador, and authored the Argentinian chapter; Outlined the programs, organized sessions and activities, and coordinated the work of speakers for 2016 and 2017 editions of CELE’s regional annual workshop “For a Better Internet Regulation in Latin America”.

Conducted research into LGBTIQ rights and developed two reports on the main legislation and judicial decisions in Argentina on the rights of the LGBTIQ community; Developed numerous reports and materials on LGBTIQ rights and inclusive education for advocacy; Co-elaborated an amicus curiae to a Federal Court in an inclusive education case; Monitored legislative work and provided input to Congress members on inclusive education matters.
