Working to enhance existing and ideate new co-curricular programming around food systems education for undergraduate and graduate students, staff, faculty, student crew members, and community members. Facilitated an Alternative Spring Break program, served as Project Advisor for first-year orientation, managed the farm's communications (social media, general email accounts, newsletters), worked to update and launch new website, built partnerships with both Duke and Durham organizations, coordinated new arts workshops at the farm, and co-interviewed candidates for a new Assistant Director position.

I work at the Duke Campus Farm on crop production and maintenance tasks around the farm. This includes bed preparation, planting, harvesting and packing CSA boxes, pest and weed management, and updating crop plan records.

This summer I am working on the Food and Agriculture Team at Friends of the Earth to support research on impacts of industrial agriculture, create public outreach campaigns, organize and support campaign events, and assist with outreach to stakeholders and policymakers.

Worked with Campus Pantry Collaborative, an organization spanning five colleges in North Carolina, to organize a symposium on food insecurity on college campuses. Had weekly meetings, invited speakers, advertised event, produced video to represent voices of students who use the Duke GPSC food pantry, and held working group strategy session with faculty, administrators, and community members. Currently in the process of bringing this effort to the Duke undergraduate population by making an official student group.

Worked on Jillian Riley's campaign for Durham Water and Soil Conservation District. Riley is running on an environmental justice-based platform. Built up online platform to adapt to remote campaigning, and virtually "knocked doors" to galvanize support for Riley's platform.

Nonprofit that focuses on redistributing food waste to children and families without access to proper nutrition. Supervised volunteers during repack and sorting of food donations and visited food pantries to drop off food. Assisted with reorganizing and mapping drop-off and pickup schedules to maximize efficiency.
