Building on my experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager, I returned from parental leave to my current role as Senior Project Manager. In collaboration with leadership and the project management office (PMO), managed a portfolio of projects from kick-off to closure, overseeing work inputs from various cross-functional teams within the organization. Supported the PMO leadership in honing various processes such a s project closure, data and impact tracking, and time tracking across teams.

In collaboration with leadership, created and maintained organization-wide documentation to align all project deliverables with funder requirements. Provided project life cycle support to all cross-functional teams within the Programs department, acting as liaison between the delivery and managerial arms of the organization. Supported the implementation of a company-wide project management information system (Monday.com) and championed its adoption across various program teams. Subsequently utilized the PMIS to improve visibility into funder requirements, data and impact tracking, and levels of effort across teams.

In collaboration with senior management, created cross-project documentation to ensure alignment with strategy and funder requirements. Developed strategies to maximize efficiencies across projects and teams through transparent communication and recording of tasks. Supported a mentored a group of project and program coordinators to facilitate professional growth, and implement best practices across the organization.

Responsible for supporting all project-related activities within my cross-functional team, including project administration, stakeholder communication and performance metrics calibration. Assisted in the planning, analysis, coordination and reporting of activities to keep projects, tasks and milestones on schedule.

Delivered workshops to Canadian students and teachers, both in-person and virtually, on subjects like coding languages, artificial intelligence, ethical technology, computational thinking and data visualization.
