Among my duties were greeting and assisting students, faculty, and visitors, while also adeptly handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. In addition to these core functions, I also played a key role in organizing and maintaining essential course and office materials, all the while serving as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for those seeking my assistance.

In this position, I had the privilege of participating and leading the Boise State University's Honors College Welcome Program, which was designed to help incoming students transition smoothly into the college environment. As part of this initiative, I was entrusted with facilitating a discussion class for new Honors students during their first semester of college. Through this role, I was able to offer guidance and support to students as they navigated the many challenges of college life, both personal and academic. Thanks to the opportunity to serve in this capacity for two consecutive years, I was able to significantly develop my leadership and facilitation skills, while making a positive impact on the lives of the students I served.
