Developed, launched, and managed marketing campaigns for nonprofit arts organizations, including brand redesign, website development, press and publicity, membership engagement, and ticket sales. Produced live interviews and event previews, and created promotional imagery and footage. Designed and developed a custom sales database and product websites, and generated articles, imagery, videography, newsletters, and other promotional materials for a premier instrument manufacturer. Worked with internationally acclaimed artists to promote their concert performances, recordings, and signature instruments.

Produced two music festivals (folk and blues) annually; a touring artist concert series; workshops and master classes; and a community dance program. Expanded the original folk festival from one to six days. Designed and developed websites; produced articles, photography, and publicity; generated and oversaw visual design and branded material; coordinated radio shows and artist interviews. Hired and managed sound engineers and event volunteers; oversaw ticketing, sales, and membership; and negotiated artist contracts. Collaborated with advisory board, event teams, and venue partners, and supported local schools and nonprofits through fundraising events.

Worked with clinical and administrative staff to design UI/UX for a digital medical records system that integrated patient records and accounts, correspondence, statements, and insurance billing.

Expanded the department’s supplemental course program to support students in core biology coursework and address equity gaps, and launched a summer mathematics bridge program for incoming students. Developed and taught supplemental courses in botany.

Led data analysis, report generation, and quality assurance for major clients including Bank of America, DHL, Levi Strauss, Pacific Telesis Group, and Pacific Gas & Electric. Developed customized campaign reports, payroll transfer files, and individualized gift acknowledgments for workplace campaigns. Collaborated with pledge operations team to support major client campaign development. Established quality assurance metrics and conducted data audits for department leads, donor services hotline, and core programming team.

Facilitated communications and served as the first point of contact for donors, trustees, government staff, Conservancy teams, and the general public. Prepared documents and correspondence for the State Director and Director of Development. Supported the Director of Administration on purchasing, payroll, and human resources. Provided technical support for a twenty-person team.
