*Establish and lead congressional affairs department for a 150+ employee nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, DC with eight international offices and an operating budget of 39,000,000. Work closely with senior management, development, and external relations management teams.*Lead department’s strategic and financial planning process and manage an annual operating budget of 900k.*Successfully manage and grow by 200k a major project with an international foundation partner.*Build and maintain extensive congressional networks in House and the Senate.
