Antonio Anastacio is the Head of Accounting and Reporting in ADPP. He Manages a team of 15 people and reports to the Finance and Administration Manager. His reponsabilities include approval of expenses, in line with approved budgets, approval of reconciliations, monthly close of accounts, preparation of Financial Reports to Donors for each project on a quarterly basis (approximately 20 reports per quarter), preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements, liaising with auditors and other tasks.

António Anastácio was in charge of managing an average of 15 clients per year. Main tasks included field work supervision, reporting, client relation management, sales and collections.During this period he was also involved in several non-audit projects, such as Due Diligences and Management Consulting work. In 2003 he was responsible for the Initial Technical Assistance in the Luanda Port Authority Internal Audit Department, managing a team of 4 people during 6 months. He was actively involved in the management of KPMG audit department, including preparation of budgets, proposals, invoicing, collections, training and staff evaluations among other tasks.In March 2005 he was appointed NITSO (National IT Security Officer) and head of IRM (Information Risk Management).During this period he worked in Angola, Portugal, São Tomé and England.
