• Lead end-to-end FMCG & Fashion Marketplace ads revenue growth, including all segmentation and lifecycle• Work closely with Product-Ops and Data-Insight team to lead category strategy & drive revenue• Go-to-person for all marketplace clients in the FMCG & Fashion & suggestion solving for Lazada Ads topic• Conduct comprehensive collaboration with key stakeholders such as Commercial & Seller Engagement to deliver business goal• Pricing, Incentive enforcement and Build-up monthly/quarterly combo promotion package for advertisers• Performance steering: data intelligence analysis for supporting manager and sales team forecast & monitor performance indicators to drive strategic business decisions and win KPIs• Online/Offline workshop/training to support Ads-Optimization for top marketplace advertiser client

• Analyse customer needs in diverse industries, thereby approaching and making a communication plan suitable to customer requirements to launch or promote theirs products/services• Work with project stakeholders (internal, external teams and partners) to implementing projects to ensure on time and project objectives• Manage/operate client's advertising campaign. Monitor & collect campaign data to analyze Internal & External market data and report to leader, customers• Update market analysis to predict new trends and give strategic advice to customers
