Sunshine Group is a multi-industry economic group with key areas: Real Estate - Technology - Construction - Education - Finance - Media - Trade & Services.My scope of work- Assist with onboarding nearly 400 new employees, ensuring the completion of all pre-employment procedures.- Proactively source candidates for technical roles (Manual Tester, UI/UX Designer) via LinkedIn, Facebook, and TopCV, resulting in 10 full-time hires within 3 months.- Coordinate interviews for candidates across 5 IT roles.- Contribute to the planning and implementation of internal training programs.
