My agility and skill at managing diverse stakeholders’ needs and team members' abilities, in order to deliver highly valuable results, makes me an effective Project and Program Manager. What motivates me is a responsibility to bring out the best in all people and all systems. My goal is to utilize my knowledge and experiences in project management, research, mentorship, coordination, advocacy, problem solving and liaison, as well as a strong attention to the details that matter, to advance both my own development and the knowledge, ability and efficiency of those entities and people around me.I have strong interests in digital health, health systems and health policy, cybersecurity, data governance, advocacy, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). My experiences to date across pharma, not-for-profit, hospitals and healthcare, research and government/public sector have provided me with a broad frame of reference, skills, and set of professional interests.On a personal and intellectual level, I'm highly interested in public, mental and women's health, clinical cancer genetics, Foucauldian thought, and the sustainability of our governance structures and ecosystems. Through years of experience volunteering, I've gained valuable experience administering peer and logistical support in situations of mental illness, domestic and sexual violence, palliative care/hospice, and newcomers to Canada who were victims of torture. More recently, I've channeled my love for plants and gardening into raising awareness and driving the revitalization and adoption of native ecosystems across North America.
