Oversee the Valuation & Advisory Services in Mexico and Andean Region

Managed the valuation and consulting services group country-wide. With Colliers Colombia, Bryan oversaw the valuation or appraisal team nation-wide and helped Colliers Colombia grow the appraisal business in Bogota, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Medellin, and other locations in Colombia. Bryan also oversaw the real estate consulting group at Colliers Colombia where he offered the following products: feasibility study, rent study, highest and best use study, and other products.

Resort-residential and hotel appraisals, custom home appraisals valuations, consulting in the resort areas of Mexico. Worked as an appraiser specialized in the areas of Cabo San Lucas, the East Cape, San Jose del Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, the Baja, Punta Mita. Completed the following work products: custom home appraisal Cabo, custom home appraisal San Jose del Cabo, condo appraisal Cabo San Lucas, master planned community appraisal Mexico, golf course appraisal Mexico, among others.
