About Mai-Britt Schultz
• I´m a well known fine artist, author, illustrator, and i do a lot of lectures, both art and historic subjects, and I have done a lot of projects – again both art and historic. • Most of my time, I spend at my art school Kragekær Art School, where I in the winter season have around 75 students though my school every month. I teach everything painted or drawn, drawing, watercolor, acrylic, oil, soft pastels, etc. • I give lectures and do workshops for both settled businesses and entrepreneurs, in Communication via the senses, and How to share knowledge • I take part in the debate, and have in a period been very active in politics – I have been member of the National Board for “ Det Radikale Venstre” a center orientated party, with a strong politics on pro EU, Education and human rights concerning refugees, and other new Danes. • I often hear myself, described as a Renaissanceperson, with a large and steadily growing knowledge of the strangest things, and I have the ability to communicate that knowledge, in a language that make sense, for the reciver, no matter if it is children, teens, grownups or elderly people. • Art, debate and knowledge, is all about the ability to change perspective, getting wiser and better - and that is I´m best at, because I have to reinvent my job every day … What I´m best at, is to make impressions into expressions – and teach others to do the same.

Derudover har jeg lavet et utal af illustrationer til Fyns Amts Avis, hvoraf flere har fået hædrende omtale for nyskabende lokaljournalistik. I illustrate children and adultbooks bl.a. Roselil serien, Den lille Ridder - billedbog.Alf bøgerne, En tvivlers tro.I have made the frontpage til serien Krigeren af Josefine Ottesen, that won the Danish Award of children liberians i 2006. I have done a lot for a big danish Newspaper - and won several awards for inventing journalism.
