Depuis 16 ans Thomas Maiburg travaille dans le domaine du Facility Management, d’abord en tant que directeur des opérations pour la Suisse chez Flexim International SA puis pendant 9 ans chez Facilitim ou il a notamment implémenté les services de Facilitim au Biopôle à Epalinges ainsi que dans les quartiers de Eikenott à Gland, les Fiches Nord à Lausanne ainsi que le quartier des Saules à Nyon.
