I am a Corporate Finance professional with a solid international background, having earned a Double Degree in Global Finance from Fordham Gabelli Business School in New York and a Finance degree from LUISS Guido Carli University. I further enriched my academic journey with an experience at the London School of Economics, specializing in financial markets and portfolio management. These experiences provided me with advanced skills in Financial Modelling, Valuation, and Business Management, which I aim to apply in the context of M&A.During my experience within the family business, I managed CapEx operations and restructured business processes, leading to a 30% increase in operational efficiency and a 40% growth in revenue. By implementing a new pricing strategy and reorganizing productive assets, I contributed to stabilizing cash flow and significantly improving profit margins.Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work at CSA Capital Market S.p.A., where I contributed to the development of new products and the management of strategic financial operations.
