Process Automation, Cielo S.A. and Braspag:• Responsible for implementing the automation process in business management areas, replacing manual tasks and saving 317 hours per month, from the 11 projects delivered during this period;• Combination of traditional project management techniques with agile methodology, resulting in fast, well done and well documented deliverables in a monthly basis;• Coordination of a 2-4 analyst team, managing and actively participating from the kickoff meeting to the approval of these deliverables, taking an average of 29 working days per delivery;• Business analysis and standardization of manual processes, validating the activities and applying good practices, aiming to make them more productive, even before the automation process begin;• Development of structurally complex tools, using Microsoft software and delivering practical and visual-friendly solutions, in addition to the initial tests with RPA technology;• Support Altran's Recruitment team in the search for new analysts, actively participating from the talent hunt, creation of tests, interviews and their training/adaptation;• Prospection of new contracts using successful cases from the Cielo project and demonstrate them to other companies. The pitch for Braspag was successful and granted a new consulting contract to Altran.

Data and Process Analysis, eCPQ Capabilities:• Helping the team responsible for managing the acquisition of multiple companies, with my technical knowledge and developing small business solutions; • SME for all escalations relating to SAP BOE worldwide, as well improvements to the tool, user training sessions, UAT and MTP sign-offs;• Weekly, biweekly and monthly indicators shared with the stakeholders from the Pricing team, providing insights about sales around the globe; • Creation of tool to make KPIs and dashboards, automatically, reducing a two-days process to a few minutes, used by Level 1 Pricing Support teams in Mexico and India;• Process analysis and programing skills to develop BI tool, using Microsoft Office software, to the Discount Now Program, granted to big North America partners;• Technical support for the design, development and implementation of metrics related to pricing processes in general;• Developing solutions for Sales and other sectors of the company, using MS Office, SQL Server, .Net, depending on the size of the requirement.

Support and Development, Americas Sales Operations:• Creation of solution for Pricing area, using Microsoft Access with SQL and VBA, to calculate tax rates for Brazil, Argentina e Costa Rica;• Adaptation of internal tax report application, responsible for price lists, to be available for Hewlett-Packard external partners in Brazil;• Acting in the Support to the user area for the EMIF Synchro tool, based on Oracle 11g;• Development of a ticket request solution using connections between Microsoft Access, SharePoint and Excel, used by the Support team;• Creation of small solutions, using Microsoft tools, to dynamize the routines of other sectors in the company;• Development of a new and better version of the price list/tax report application, using Microsoft SQL Server Compact and C#, and SCRUM;• Helping the team responsible for managing the split HP Inc/HPE, with my technical knowledge and developing small business solutions.

Support and coordination, Pool Admin:Starting as an Archivist, handling documents generated and retained by the distribution center;Promoted to manage the tax part of the business of all the goods housed in outsourced logistics;And ending the cycle coordinating the Receiving and Expedition sector – whose duties were:• Select, train and coordinate new collaborators in the sector;• Provide support to users of the RMS tool and the flow of Receipt and Shipment of goods;• Develop complementary tools to the integrated system using Access, Excel, VB, PL/SQL;• Ensure the quality and agility of cross-docking, Back-haul, JIT, Express workflows;• Participate in inventories and fiscal/physical reconciliations;• Organize the tax withdrawals requested by government agencies;• Ensure that the entire department worked properly 24 hours, from Monday to Sunday.
