I have in-depth expertise in industry specifics in production, hospitality, wholesale, FMCG, media and education as well as in the public sector. I am also experienced in understanding business practicalities and down to earth issues throughout new project implementation & change management processes. In my work I research the causes of problems, develop appropriate solutions and support organisations in their transformation processes. I am an expert in organisation culture, leadership development, organisational design, performance management, digitalisation and blended learning areas. I have a Master degree in European Business Law and Administration from Lund University in Sweden and a Bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm school of Economics in Riga, Latvia.
