I'm an Organizational Development, Leadership consultant and Systemic change facilitator that provides expertise and support for organisations in challenging business situations related to the organisation’s cultural transformation, achievement of goals, strengthening management and leadership capacity, improving process efficiency, internal cooperation and employee engagement.For more than 20 years I have worked with a wide range of organisation development projects - as a business consultant and as part of the management teams of large organisations. I have in-depth expertise in industry specifics in production, hospitality, wholesale, FMCG, media and education as well as in the public sector. I am also experienced in understanding business practicalities and down to earth issues throughout new project implementation & change management processes. In my work I research the causes of problems, develop appropriate solutions and support organisations in their transformation processes. I am an expert in organisation culture, leadership development, organisational design, performance management, digitalisation and blended learning areas. I have a Master degree in European Business Law and Administration from Lund University in Sweden and a Bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm school of Economics in Riga, Latvia.
