My responsibility is to develop university teachers' teaching competence and develop teaching in the School of ELEC. Within my team, I have designed a curriculum for a pedagogical training. I teach in 4-5 courses per year and I develop the courses based on the feedback. So far 550-600 teachers (professors, lecturers, assistants) have participated in my courses. Additionally, I provide 6-10 workshops per year on the current topics. My working environment is multicultural and multidisciplinary (technology, business, art and design) where strong communication skills are essential. As a pedagogical expert, I participate in the teaching competence assessments in the recruitment processes. In the evaluation process, we use an assessment matrix in which development I have contributed. I have evaluated 120-150 applicants' teaching competence.I am responsible for the coordination of the quality of education committee and master's thesis process development. I am also a member of the Success of Students project team.In my teaching I use digital tools and I have acted as a co-facilitator in a MOOC course (Open Networked Learning) organized by Swedish universities. I was a member of a team that designed the curriculum for the university pedagogical training (60 credits). The training program included 8-9 courses. The length of the courses varied from 5 weeks to 1 year. The target audience was professors, lecturers and teaching assistants. My responsibility was to lead the design process for the second part of the training (35 credits). Additonally me and my colleague designed and carried out two workshops in Tongji University in Shanghai.

As a project manager my responsibility was to plan and organize continuing education for the experts in the digital media. I created the network of the subject matter experts in the field and we developed the courses together. The topics were e.g. user experience, usability, data visualization, photographing. Besides the planning, I took responsibility of the course budget and marketing. The typical customers represented media companies, marketing agencies or ministries. I participated in the projects e.g. Cinedu - training for the experts in the film industry and Games and storytelling.

I worked as a production assistant in the tv and movie productions (14-15 productions e.g. Minä ja Morrison, Pahat Pojat, Paha maa, Muodollisesti pätevä, Haluatko miljonääriksi, Voitto kotiin!, ). I took responsibility of the catering services and the audience coordination in the studio. For a year I worked as a financial assistant in the production company (Solar Films). To succeed in the tasks I needed very good group working and interaction skills.
