Working as a purchasing trainee demanded prioritizing and time management skills because the job can be hectic and there were many different projects going on at the same time.

Military Museum is located in Suomenlinna and has three exhibitions. My tasks included opening and closing the submarine which is one the exhibitions and selling tickets there. I worked also as a guide in all exhibitions, made statistics about visitor count, and listed items. I served customers with their daily banking issues such as cash withdrawals/deposits, payments, cards, bank accounts, memberships and other general customer matters. Customers could contact the bank also via phone and Internet banking messages, so I answered their questions also in those channels. In addition, I took care of the bank’s cash reserve. The position as a customer advisor enhanced my customer service skills yet further and also my problem solving and needs assessment skills improved, to name a few.
