Maija is a creative generalist with over 25 years of corporate experience of which 10 years as an International Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. She also holds and leverages her deep expertise in empowering female leaders, inspiring them to fully step into their potential. As a facilitator and consultant she leverages her strategic insight – pragmatic approach, result orientation, optimism and human centeredness to support companies in the design and execution of their Inclusion Strategy. This to allow companies to create an environment and culture where sustained performance and high employee engagement is possible. Based near Brussels – she works English – French and Dutch, with private and public sector companies across Europe and the USA
