CurrentI am working as the SME assay developer in our Immuno Assay (IA) group, developing new assays for our core point-of-care benchtop blood test platform.• Team Lead and SME for the IA pipeline of lab-accurate results. • Spearheading critical reagent development and formulation processes, leading to efficient and timely execution, analysis, and reporting.• Orchestrating assay validation in compliance with regulatory standards and CLSI guidance documents for commercialization, including authoring SOPs, DHRs, PRDs, HDDs, and V&V protocols.• Coordinating collaborative work with cross-disciplinary teams, including system integration engineers, algorithm developers, manufacturing, and tech transfer.• Supervising and mentoring multiple junior team members in study design, data analysis, and effective presentation of results.
